Help cannot get any channels after scanning on A780

No computer needed.. Just plug vermin feed into back of kV box no splitters and then tp list to get to minimum of 1/49.. I am here for next two hours.

Hi Ted, I get 1/8 TP and yes after flushing it is successful and shows update 20/01/2015

Do what you did here but tp needs to be 49 minimum

Tried as instructed got 1/55 TP and all channels back on, but only free channels can be viewed, how come?

Is the ethernet cable flashing at the back of the box ?

Is your Ethernet cable plugged in back of kV and is the plug flashing.? And is your internet working ok..?

Yes, done reboot both, ethernet cable is flashing at he back, still free view only.

Go on the VM site, put in your post code and see if there are any faults
recorded for your area.

Also try a different ethernet cable if you can.

Well just-in.. We don't have many options left...!! Can you prove Ethernet cable is ok in another appliance or the firmware did not load correctly.. Willing to have a look at it if you wish to send it or your looking on an expensive freeview box..! Not good..!! Ted
