Leaving VPN on

I use a VPN on my Android Box. I switch the VPN on, when i use my box, but always switch it off, prior ro switching the box off. Would i be better. just the leave the VPN on even if the box is switched off.

Not much point if the box is turned off just enable and disable it as and when the box is being used.

Id just leave it permanently on or depending on the app have it setup to auto connect when the android box boots . Dont see why you should switch VPN off because if the box is switched off or in standby so is the VPN.
