it looks like it pal i've just been talking to someone else with a similar problem i know people are trying to make money but wye rip people off like this
Haven't read all pages but have you tried a new test line from someone else to rule out the box being the issue and have you tried the line on someone else's box (to rule out internet being the issue)

So I have found a nline, ftp to my box worked fine all the channels were there but i must have altered something in autoboquets maker and now I'm only getting fta channels. My channel categories look different also there isn't a sports category and sky sports and movies are not on my epg.
