Openbox v8 Combo Problems

used skybox firmware thought it would be ok through key upgrade now i have an an error saying SE check failed
and its blocking acess to menu andi an't get into the key upgrade either with a flash file have upgrade tool but it just keeps saying reset slave stb, ned help tonight if anyone is available would greatly appreciate it
 
@ trickykingof. Plug in the rs232, unplug power cable. Run the software, when it says, "reset slave stb" plug the power cable in, it will then see it.
The USB flash works (boot pressing the menu key multiple times) although you'll loose all the channels/settings, gl
 
Hi bought one of these boxes a couple of days ago and cannot get it going. Tried to manually cccam.cfg file but won't accept when I press ok. Can anyone assist please .

Hello i have a openbox v8 combo
I doft know what i din but it stop working
What i start it is sak SE CHECK FAIL BOX VILL STOP WORKING.
I have tryed to Flash it wish usb to rs232 cable but nothing happens it onley start upp what to do?
IF I use usb with format to use? Fat or what
