Almost every EPL block I've ever experienced has been narrowed down to a few ISP's blocking the streams getting from the iptv provider to the customers using those isp's, whilst some isp's will be unaffected and will see no drop of service.

So turn on your vpn and, abracadabra, it clears.

I've had two warning letters now from a previous ISP both caused by me seeding files and I can tell you for certain different ISP's police the PL court injunction in different ways. This is going off topic though, but if anyone is using a VPN for streaming there is very little chance of being caught and even less of being prosecuted.
