What box you use??? You may need to do the above post if doesn’t come on!

Once the open atv file has downloaded extract it put the zgemma file onto usb turn the box completely off put the usb in back of box turn on by white button at back and hold the power button in on front of box till it says flash

Yeah then put it onto usb popit onto usb power the box off put it in the back of your box turn it on by white button and hold down the power button on front of box till says flash

I just held it for 30 seconds still just says boot ?

Take the usb out of box put it back into your computer go into the zgemma folder if there is a file that says noforce rename it force then try again without holding power button in on the box

Have you open atv 6.2 onto usb put in rear USB and tried to reflash it that way like what @pabloescaban has posted

All this means is that the box isn't recognising the usb, either use a different usb, make sure it's formatted with FAT32 first, or try the flash online instructions as mentioned by @bazcfc1 earlier in this thread
It's not uncommon for people to try 4 or 5 usb sticks before one works
