Cable Zgemma H1 cant get any channels on cable turner

Zgemma H1 flashed with New Vix 3.2.00* ZgemmaSter 2s, s, H1, H2 sucmnsee Backup Full Version
but i cant get any channels at all i have done all what it says on image guide

+ I have flashed it with others and i still get the same problem with all of them too


i have put my ID in and Select Virgin UK and select my area but I cannot find any cable channels i just get tune failed.


tuner 1 is set to Not configured and tuner 2 is set to cable but all i get is Time out tuner lock !!!

and in in Tuner configuration i have

Kabel NL NO
Virgin UK Yes
Virgin UK My Area

so how do remove Kabel NL as i think thats what’s stopping me form getting any VM channels
it dont matter what i do i cant get this box to find any channels at all i have been trying for 2 days

can anyone help me out with this ?
 
Just checking,
you do have an active vermin line coming into the house???
Ie: broadband.

Good question, is the virgin line active? Do you have the feed going into Tuner B RF in?
is tuner set up like this?
Tuner type DVB-C
Configuration mode Enabled
Network ID whatever yours is
Used service scan type Provider
Provider to scan Virgin media UK (6952)

So tuner b is set to enabled, then when you went to autoboutiquemaker you hit start scan correct, so after that what do you get ?
 
Can you try it without the splitter as I have had same issue loads of time with H1, can't find the NIM required due to my weak signal, H2 been fine though, try without the splitter or on another VM feed
 
Also in menu, setup, system, epg, cross epg, open tv providers and un tick the sky one

Or in providers order move vermin to the top and try
 
Try and do complete network scan in manual scan,instead of automatic scan.
Worked for me when I could not get any channels.

plug Kryptview box back in and that works fine so i no its not the feed

went into menu, setup, service searching, autobouquets maker, providers order
but i cant changed provider order


and yes i untick sky one
