all VM channels gone off?

Hi does anyone have any guidance on what needs to be done on server side to fix this, as provider doesn’t know what to do as main admin passed away a few months back. my sly and vm has gone off I have tried oscam but no joy, I’m using atv 6.3 with mgcamd 1.45.

any guidance would be greatly appreciated

Sat lines aren't affected only cable lines.
Not sure mgcamd 1.45 will open a sat line, try Mgcamd1. 35 or 1.38 to see if the sat line clears

Open Atv 6.3 only has mgcamd 1.45 and has been working fine for both until couple of weeks ago and sat went off the other day.

In that case your sat line has probably expired or server is offline
Can you get any free channels through sat tuner?

some channels aren’t working it’s defo not expired, I have switched to a different port on a spare line from Same supplier and it works, but need guidance on what needs to be done on server side to fix vm

Your sat line should still be working, have you re started your mgcamd when on a sat channel, are you getting any cable channels, for instance sky sports news maybe coming on for a few mins every so often.
 
Just realising, sky sports news and mix HD probably still clearing because virgin have gave so many channels for free during lockdown. Such as some kids channels too, could possibly go down the same route when things go back to normal

Cable cache servers are all off.
Some local cards servers are working for now but considering vm know how to block it I can't see these lasting much longer.
You mentioned your port number for sat line, ask your provider for the port number for CWS lines, they change if using N or C lines

I’m using one CWS line which works for both sat and vm, have been for last 4+ years

The sd versions have been free for a few years now.
 
I be surprised if VM c/s aint completely off within the month.

As stated VM know exactly how to turn all remaining channels off without any issue. Question is when will they be bothered to do it.
 
I am not so sure, you would imagine they would have already done it by now, but if they get the sports and movies away,, then thats pretty much job done for them.
 
A lot of cache servers are back up and running, but I dont think they are the way they were, still missing a few channels, here and there.

Yep all they really need to do is get rid of the movies and sports channels that remain and c/s is finished on VM.

Entertainment channels are crap anyway.
