Yes shield is arguably considered best all round box and rightfully so. But others who prefer forumler or buzz boxes thats their prerogative also.

The shield upscales iptv. By very definition, that's doing it better.

If you own a shield and a formuler device and can't see that the shield is the better device for watching iptv on, then you know nothing about iptv.

But he can't tell me anything that the formuler does better than the shield.

In fact, the main argument against the shield seems to be "it's overkill." So the drawback is that even though it does iptv better than any other device, it does other things too that you might not need it to. Or want it to. Or care.

Sorry wrote it wrong if you took the Al upscaling away from the shield would it make it any different to any other device apart from processor and ram just my opinion on it I don't like the shield myself now I've figured the gaming ect on the pro would rather use it for that then iptv myself

I've had iptv on mine and didn't like it it does run smooth but not as smooth as some apps for iptv imo

People by boxes for different reasons with the sheild you will get better picture quality and sound as they have 4k upscailing and dolby atmos. So in a nutshell it is a better box for IPTV.

However people by formuler and buzz boxes for the apps which is fair enough. So if you ask which box has the better apps ot would have to be formuler or buzz.
