formuler z10 worst video quality

As do training shoes both perform the same, albeit differently.

That's what I mean mate the layout is just different but functionality is identical. To be fair what is good about buzz and formuler boxes is you can put your favourite channels on the homescreen feature the sheild could do with.

yes seems like issue with the box, i tried a different one as i bought few and that is OK. So might need to get one replaced.

Still got strange issues:

1. When changing channels i get "an error occurred: unrecognisedinputformatexception
2. No EPG loading
3. No Picons Loading.

On the same box i downloaded tivimate and no issues at all. Obviously i dont want to pay £140 to use tivimate on it.

error occurred: unrecognisedinputformatexception normally a player issue i think ,u know when you first set tv online up ,wel my s turbo did .it chose best player for box , have u checked updates on box home screen ?

Even on Neo, you have to d/load mytvonline2. Unlike z8, which comes pre installed. Possibly to protect the app..

EPG resolved after clearing cache etc.

only pending issue is picons, installed tivimate app on it and works on it.

I would open a ticket, & return the stb, you cannot have had the box longer than 2 days, maximum. But using tivimate, defeats the object of purchasing a Z10.
