Your right actualy regarding the pods.

Should have phrased it better sorry.

If your a volt customer or are on the oomph package then you can get up to 3 VM pods for free thats what I was advised.

They said for VM pods you dont put router in modem mode but it just extends and gives much stronger wifi signal.
Just buy an ethanet adaptor you can get some off eBay for £6 that work with firesticks bud by time you’ve finished beating round bush you could’ve ordered a ethanet adaptor and hard wire your firestick.
Or send me your address and I will order you an Amazon one to try and see if better

So tested a few servers on my network and neighbours network and using same apps both servers tested are freezing with the loading circle and stream suddenly stops. Changing from one channel to another helps for a bit before happens again.

Different apps been tried. Firestick and router rebooted. Cache cleared on the apps. Websafe off. Two different networks tried albeit both being VM.

I'm really lost and puzzled how same issues occurring on both servers that tested.

Have you tried hotspot using 4G data SIM card or with VPN see if working better
Ye mobile data seems fine with the servers and even with vpn on the same issues occur.

Contact your provider even do a video showing them what's happening but I would still say get a better firestick and put it on ethanet via ethanet adaptor

Tried on my phone both servers and also neighbours android tablet and exactly same problems

Probably both devices not enough processing power I find if I use sons iphone 8 for football it lags freezes ect but if I put it on missus iphone 12 mini it's perfect

Try factory resetting devices just because it worked at another house dosnt exactly mean anything imo as could've been not a lot connected to the servers if you have paid for the subs then show them a video but if you got it for free you can't really complain as the would just delete your line lol

I'm not even talking about paid or free subs here. You seem quick to jump to conclusions to the latter for some reason.

I have taken tests for few different servers to try for few days and these servers have same issues as my own cheapo sub.

Also it's not working right at neighbours house either. As stated above I experience same issues on his devices and on his network when testing both servers.

It might be an issue with your area. Ring up Virgin and complain that your IPTV isn't working. The worst they can do is throttle your IPTV speeds, which isn't really going to make a difference as it doesn't seem to be working now anyway.

Already done that weeks ago mate.

They said no issues in my area and everything is running as it should.

Throttling seemed to me like was cause but using vpn made no difference here.

So if happening even on trials then it's either your device vm or just a shite provider lol
Is ip flooding turned off try disabling 5ghz on router and just use 2.4ghz

Good point personally I would use a mesh system or 3rd party router with vm
