NOT bad but it looks like about a 73/27 hamburger.... NOT very lean and NOT that good for you.. lol.. I like the 90/10 or 93/7 stuff as its dang tasty and much lower FAT content. :p
No.. talking about the FAT content. It's the way hamburger meat is graded. The bigger the first number the leaner the meat... so 93/7 hamburger meat is probably ground sirloin or better. ;)
Yeh.. that's the stuff. ;) See how "red" it is compared to the other ground beef... Of course RAW hamburger meat is a little more than I can handle. lol. In a good cheese burger, Swedish meat balls, spaghetti, or any other ground beef creation is more appealing to me. :cheesy grin:

This was sauteed onions, mushrooms, chicken breast with cheese on a corn tortilla with a generous "squeeze" of sriracha sauce whilst cooking!! Dang tasty it was!!! 👍
