Wooshbuild Support Thread

can someone tell me how to change my area and rescan for epg please,
i`ve just reflashed from wbconfig....i`ve looked in Q&A section but can`t find anything, sorry if i`ve overlooked.
 
wb config > country region scanning > local tv area > yellow to run scan.
Dont forget to change freesat to no if needed

@ste....some browsers are still blocking Wooshbuild after we were hacked and also TK sometimes throws a wobbly with some browsers so could have been either.
Clearing computer cache and trying another browser generally works.

Logging out and back in did the trick although when flashing, it got to the flash gordon music part then got the message Invalid Zip Magic followed by some numbers and wouldn't continue.

A well know problem at the mo, seems some internet providers are blocking WB servers, apparently turning off ALL restrictions within your modem solves it for most.

Movie Organiser has gone dodgy on me, saying extension list missing, and memory showing as 0% with none of my recordings showing in the list, I've tried searching but can't find anything relating to this, can anyone advise?
 
Is there any way to get version 5 back please??
I have had nothing but crashes since the update and desperately want to go back, I know its old and cranky but I have a zgemma 2s that worked perfectly with v5. sadly the usb I had with v5 backup is a no go and the one thread I found here with a copy from benjio just gets stuck on flsh, even with 4 different usb sticks, I can flash any other image with them all so there must be something in his files.
Please can anyone help me out?
 
Is there a problem with the server that the flash comes from? I am trying to flash a box and its not having it keeps coming up invalid zip magic 4F44213C

Is this a known problem with the latest version and is there a way of knowing what files (avi. mp4.) will work ok and /or how to check the souce files pleas.

I am still having problems watching avi, mp4, mkv and other files from usb when i ftp them over from a pc.
I have reflashed to the latest build 3 times still the same result.
I have tried 4 usb sticks using low format and then Windows format and getting the box to install it.
The box will record sat channels to the usb and they play back ok.(All 4 usb's)
I have ftp over the files and in the file list they show and then when playing the files they may play for 10 secs and then the picture freezes and the 5 secs later the sound stops and the circle spins but on theu usb's there is no activity light.
I rebbot the box and if i try the same file again it may do the same or sometimes it will play all the way and i replay 3 times and it's ok but then play the file again and it stops again.
This has happened on all usb's and the downloaded files play ok on my pc or connected to a tablet ok.
Woosh said about sending files over the network but my box shows up but says i dont have access to it for some reason its on about getting admin rights or something like that.
I have said before that i never had this issue on version 5, it's only happening on version 7.
Is there a Wooshbuild 5 that i can download to put on the box to see if that cures my issues?
I haven't changed any settings and when i have reflashed i have left the box as it is after reflash but i have only changed to sky skin.
 
I keep getting this message for Movie Organiser on WB7, plug in has disappeared from extensions, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling keep getting same message, any ideas?

is your wb safe or what ever is used with your internet on or off

wooshman was on about it a few pages back that a few of the internet providers have been turning there web safe on without telling people and its been stopping people downloading wooshbuild and doing there updates as well as stopping iptv streams so just check if they have turned it on in your router and with vm it on the web page my virgin media that you have to turn it off with them with others its the router
 
No I'd already checked the Shield settings, my IPTV and everything else is working fine, no issues, the Movie Organiser problem only started over last couple of days

I was only saying as a few couldn't download the new sky q skin and that ended up being the problem
 
Been running a vpn on my zgemma h2s, latest wooshbuild. Been using liberty shield through a separate router. It’s started playing up on a regular basis so have set up a digibit account. Using the add vpn easily plugin; input my username and password, light goes green, save, exit. Light goes red. IP address doesn’t change but when checking on openvpn it shows running. Screen is black and no iptv channels working. If I swap back to my liberty shield router it works. Can someone please help. Thanks
