Hi Guys, looking for a wee bit of advice, Have a HP laptop, windows 10, cant factory reset, It is only 32 gig, and hard drive is full, It will not let me into settings, have to right click, to get a menu, to turn off, only info I can find on net, is repeat hitting f11, but that does not work, any help would be great, Thanks

I have kept well clear of Win10 and l am not sure if there is enough space on a 32gig hdd for a win10 install. Do you mean it is 320gig?

There will not be enough space on there for a recovery partition in that case and the only option will be a reinstall from a disc. If you have important files on there they need to be removed before you go any farther. Then l suggest a bigger HDD.

Gotta go back 25yrs or so to have a 32gig hdd. More likely some one trying to be clever formatting a larger drive ,destroying the recovery partition and screwing up the partition sizes and ending up with 32gig, or am l on the receiving end of a wind up. l hope not as l have a sh1t week up to now

Thanks, but no disc drive

i think i know this laptop.it has no hdd right?you cant upgrade the hdd or the ram if its the model im thinking of.my stepdaughter bought one and it is pretty much useless.post your model, but if anything ive said makes sense buy another laptop with proper specs.

its flash memory not a physical hard drive as aldan says theres no room to fit a2.5" laptop drive in there mainly used for streaming. You can load windows on it but not much else but it boots faster should be same speed as ssd
