hello everyone, does anyone know what causes the ECM to go sky high on certain channels. I can barely watch some channels the ecm jumps to around 4.000 and then starts glitching, it does this every 30 seconds.

bbc1 - stops and starts every minute of so... latest build xtrend 8500 50meg connection all other channels sweet

I find on my openbox sky sports 1 seems to glitch/freeze for a second a lot more often than other channels. Other channels it might do it every 20mins or so just for a split second. But on ss1 it could be every 30 seconds at bad times. Any way to fix this? Tired updating tp and rescanning but no...
