50hz v 60hz

Am I right in saying for USA content you should use 60hz , and for anything else like UK then use 50hz ?



If I use 50hz for US content it's really juddery but works perfectly on 60hz

In the Zgemma H9 Combo Video Settings I use both 'Auto' and 'Multi' with no performance issues on UK/US channels.
I would like to know the difference if any between Auto and Multi, and which setting is best?

I have auto select resolution feature on the z8 pro but you still have to switch manually when changing to and from US content

Auto sends 24 as 24, multi converts 24 to 60.
Doesn't matter which you use for TV channels as there is no difference for 25/30/50/60 which are always sent as 50 or 60 as appropriate.
