A Buyers Guide To The Best Box

Any thoughts about the zgemma H.2H box? Looking to get one but not sure if there are better boxes in that price range?

Hi, I am looking at getting a new box,my skybox f5s may have bricked itself. I was thinking of going for a zgemma h2s but I have seen an amiko a3 for similar price but haven't seen much feedback on them. Has anyone any idea what they are like or which would be better, thanks

hell I have just registered and already have an openbox upstairs in the bedroom but have just bought a new ultra 4k hd tv and wondered what would be the best box to buy so I can have all channels in hd as the openbox upstairs is only giving hd in a few channels.

all help would be greatly appreciated and would I need to buy a line like I do with the openbox and price for the box and line aswell would be appreciated

Hi Ladies and Gents, first time poster here, I've finally got rid of Sky TV and I'm interested in getting a receiver, but a bit unsure and what to get to start off with and how it all works, I work in IT for a living so I would say I am a little bit savvy, just a bit of a noob when it all comes to all this!!
Go easy on me guys!!
Cheers...

Thanks for that Bees.
Ive currently got sky and looking for a box so i can just watch sports on it. Im not bothered about recording anything.
Looking at your post the zgemma box appears to be the best as it automatically updates and I'm not that tech savy.
Had just bought a open box v8s but had to send it back as the ccam line did not work.

so basically would you say a zgemma 2s is a good start?

Im just looking for a box that i can plug in and is ready to work and updates automatically.
All i want it for is to watch sports.

After some advice if I may. Looking to ditch Virgin. Want a box that I can watch and record on another channel. Would like to have sport and normal Virgin line up. What are my options and how easy to set up? Also when I have set up box what do I need to purchase to get these channels ? Thanks in advance.

Vu+ solo se v2 hybrid cable tunner watch one record another. Can safely use vix and update online.
The h2h is okay if using sly and cable.
The vu is rapid response time and can do alot.
