Why doesn't the K team come on and tell us what is happening- ie, are they now not supporting the box or what? Better to let us know one way or the other.

They never come out ever ,as I said in my post earlier they are of to Korea for the festive period ,

you are never told anything from kv

.
if you researched this box you would the ins and outs of it working and non working times.

tbh i should of replaced my kv ages ago even before it went dead the glitching was so bad i never used it, thinking now about miralebox mini+ from wos but will the glitching problem still be there even with hd ?

Nope, but youll need to source a connection which you can request on here in the relevant section
