Alcatel flashing

I have an alcatel one touch pop star (5022x) and the firmware is lollipop 5.1, can it be flashed to a newer firmware, i.e. nougat or oreo for example, many thanks....;)

If I remember correctly these require SP Flash tool and a scatter file. It's pretty difficult to do but only because it's hard to find the correct files. You can use a translater and see the Russian boys how they do it at 4pda they cover more 'unpopular' devices than xda.
