all VM channels gone off?

not sure if i've done my oscam info correctly, i've used the info from here. no channels are clearing and when i press ok twice i can see the server info and ecms stuff.
would that mean my oscam is working and it's just the server has not updated the changes?

yes that's what it sounds like if your oscam is correctly setup
 
Let's face it hardly any providers will have a virmin card because the the complexity extracting the RSA Box key thats needs for the card to work outside the Virmin BOx. They will all be using share lines and shared cache-ex and that's why 100% of the channels aren'w working. As Grog already mentioned if they had a card all the channels would be working..............
 
has sat been affected like vm my supplier says i can get sattellite if i have a dish but says he is still working on the vm side to get things running he is in constant contact with me and been with him for a couple of years so i dont want to change to some one else yet as i know its not easy to sort and i will be loyal and wait for a bit longer

Didnt sat go off years ago now only running minimum stuff on 28E
 
Well I have one provider that actually was sharing a virmin media card. I sent the info to them informing what changes were needed on their oscam server ans this was their response:

We have already done that, doesn't work. Virgin is no more, they have moved to caid 1850 and it can't be decoded

Sat is still available and there is still a number of channels available including bt sport I beleive but all SKY branded channels and some others where lost. There is a list on here somewhere of channels still available.

I think we know that's not the case as people are still getting all of the virgin channels using card sharing. How long it will last no body knows but at the moment it is far from being 'no more'[/QUOTE]

its defo working plenty of servers on another forum have there servers working.
 
i know you can still get channels on sky grog68 what i was getting at was did the servers for the sky at to change anything at there end like the servers who do vm have to thanks

As far as I am aware this recent issue was just a VM thing and the sat servers where not effected, I would have thought there would have been a long thread like this one for sat if it was effected.

I don't remember if anything was done when the sky channels went dark, but I assume this solution was tried by providers back then.
 
Maybe my provider been a Euro provider are just been lazy and get enough revenue without having to fix 1841. All I know it was the only server I've seen that was using oscam as most providers these days seem to be using multics.

Yes, you could be right, I suspect a number of servers will wonder if it's worth the hassle and will just tell their users that VM is dead.
 
My euro server for sat using cccam-mcs, I'm using oscam with the fix most of the channels where back last night.

The sat servers are still working, the vm servers are also still working, it's only the vm encryption that changed. It's not finished as local cards servers are back on. Cache servers are still off because it's a herculean task when lots of servers are interconnected like this

Hi, Are you using openatv 6.4 and recently updated with daily update. I did yesterday
and magcam stopped working. Luckily I had a back to back to normal.
 
This is strange I have just flashed my zgemma H7c box to a backup I did 20th April running ncamd 1.38
Soon as it came on all virgin channels was clearing fine
Then I set oscam up to work
After switching back to ncamd they won't clear anymore
Does this make sense to anyone?

Did you reboot the box after switching back?
