Probably a stupid question but I'll ask any way your Internet is okay ??? Might be worth a pm to each other to see if your on the same provider seems a bit of a coincidence that you are both in London and you both have the same issue

Is it just certain areas that are off? i'm in Birmingham and have lost all the channels. Ive been informed that VM have changed the encryption so god know how long that will take to sort out.

I got mine back in Notts using Oscam like Grog68 said just my provider was crap

Yes... 10 miles outside brum centre... mines working and has been since it all went down, but it aint perfect, you have to update to Oscam and edit Mgcamd entry in Oscam reader... look on page 8... it takes 2 mins

I got a new provider and prior to that I followed what Grog68 said and it was on with a new provider its perfect
I think virmin are trying to crack down. I had oscsam running on my Zggemma with open ports through my router and I got and email and letter recently from them informing me I have ports open that may be a security risk. The are clearly checking all open ports on all virgin broadband customers.
Open one and see what happens
