Yes but thats not 1.45You can use mgcamd on some arm images. It's been available for some time and is in the cam download section of my image from pure2.
Mgcamd 1.45 is whats needed.I think you can as I have an arm box on openatv 6.4 and have mgcamd in the feeds.
