there are so many variable that may not be the providers fault & it wouldnt be fair to slate a provider IF your problems are beyond your providers control such as your net speed, plus admin need time to look into things to assess IF action is needed, there is a name & shame section managed by admin for proven cases where providers have let members down

£55 for 12 months, was ok until blockage, now totally no service. this could be that i've messed up my "system" trying to install vpn(still trying after 2 days-lol). i can understand not naming crap service as stated previously but i cannot understand not sharing good service so members can benefit from it.

First line £25 for 3 months including VOD - went down as soon as Premier League started for the duration of the matches. Since which time have received a number of emails to update the providers progress on restoring full uniterrupted service........we will see!
Got a second sub from another provider as soon as problems started. Just got 1 month with VOD for £10. Watched all the matches, excellent quality. On the evidence so far will be renewing for 3 months for £25. The one difference I have noted with this sub is it doesnt buffer as all my previous ones have. What it does is, you get a black screen for about 5 seconds then the full picture comes back on. It has only done this 4 or 5 times since I have had it. Once during the Liverpool match last night.

First sub; £40 p.a. Inc. VOD and adult. Multi room availabe. Occasional freezes. Went off Saturday during a 3pm game for 30 mins. emailed supplier, not even the courtesy of a reply!

Second sub; £85 p.a. Inc. VOD. Multi room available. No issues at all at the weekend. 6 PL games watched from Fri - Sun. Supplier has website with a forum/message service to inform customers of any downtime.
