It depends how much power it produces from one burn.
$120 isn't expensive but I have a £40 solar charger that can fully charge a 12v battery from flat in one hour of good sunlight, or five hours of medium/weak sunlight.
That 12v battery holds enough to charge my phone 3 times and my e-cig 10 times

What type of solar charger are you talking about

It's one I bought from eBay a few years ago.
Halfords used to do one which a few of my relatives have, but they'd been discontinued before I got around to getting one.
The Halfords one was double panel and it put out around 16W and it was priced around £90 including the control panel.
I bought a 26W for about £30 and paid a tenner for the controller from China

They're even cheaper now for more powerful ones.
You can get flexible ones dirt cheap but you still need a controller
