Hi my blade box 5000s is asking for pin code to access menu any ideas plz

You're in the Skybox section, first idea, go to blade section lol

Secondly, I'll move your thread

Thirdly, the only code to enter a menu I know is 9991

Fourth, I'll change the thread title to something that will get you your answer

Here's a tip, you have created one thread in the general satellite area, I told you I was moving it to the Blade section.. .. .. Do not start a new thread with the same problem in the general satellite section.
