blurred fuzzy epg on zgemma 2s any help please

Friend if mine has said his epg programme guide is blurry?

Try adjusting settings for the Epg to see if it helps.

Also now saying his ITV HD is quite poor also?

No idea why I thought you was from hull lol.The epg looks ok at the top and bottom of the screen. It's the middle of the screen that looks blurred.

Turns out restarting the tv sorted it lol
