BT Sports 2 missing

I disabled tuner A, and it worked, however on the scan, bt sports 2 appears as BTSports2SD (exactly in that format) - rest such as 1 and 3 HD appear as well. but no 2 HD. Done ABM rescan and all but 2HD working. on netid 41069.

You have a signal issue. Check other services on that frequency, they will have the same problem.

They indeed do have the same problem. sly news hd, nick hd, itvbe hd all the same issue. other transponders work fine for other channels. Any suggestions for a fix? could it be the splitter? How do i check signal of a particular channel on virmin?
 
There was a post a bit earlier with signal values posted by others. Pabloscan mentioned what range your values should be in.
 
I think my signal is fine however. These are the following power levels downstream

those are not good, all the power levels are ok as they are within the range of -6 to 10, yours are mostly hovering around 0.7 to 3, but if you look on channels 13, 14 and 15, the SNR is 33, 34 and 34
34.5 is the absolute minimum, the rest are fine at 38-40 but these three are more than enough to stop channels working properly

Yes, you'll need to contact them, take the Zgemma out of the equation, remove the splitter and plug the incoming single VM cable into the router first and check power levels again as it could be all the extra cables/splitters causing this, if the SNR are fine without that lot attached, you may just need to buy new cables and a quality splitter

Nope, they've not gone off, they're still on, your box isn't configured to receive them, read through the posts in this thread and you'll find they were there all along

Hi, thanks for reply, changed all systems to telewest and rescanned. Some channels came back but lost lots of epg info. Bt3 and a few other still missing
 
If you are not finding them during a correctly configured enigma2 scan, then it is a signal issue
If you are finding them with an ABM scan, but they do not work when you select them, it is a signal issue.

VM adjust the signal power levels for equipment subscribed from them.
