Cable tuner setting - VU+ Solo2 with VU USB Turbo Cable Tuner

Hi all,

What setting I should use to scan VM cable channels. I have latest blackhole image.

I can't see any option to mention netid.

you should have Virginmedia (all systems) where it says Bruteforce
also in 191.3k pic it should be set to Virginmedia and your netid

It doesn't give VM option in provider to scan.
It doesn't give VM option and doesn't allow to type my netid NTL 00013 803.000 6.887.

if you highlight 'bruteforce' and scroll left/right, does it not change?
also Cable sym295 in scanning options, can that be changed to virginmedia all systems?

ntl is another provider,where are you based?

It does change. it has only following options:
CableUK Smybol6887, NTL Cable i.e, NTL Ireland BruteForce, NTLMMDS, Chorus Cable etc but not Virgin.

have you set the netid in autobouquetmaker>providers, then scan?

I can't use above netId anywhere in my configuration. In past, I have managed to watch channels using BruteFroce UK.

If I can I watch FTA channels, do I still need to scan? I have manged to run ABM. Only thing I can see wrong is tuner set up. Would ABM have worked if tuner setting was wrong?

what details have you got in autobouqetsmaker>providers?

On my old vix image it had a drop down list,
Abm would not work on wrong info as it would throw up error.

yeah, all fav are good. There in FTA, I can watch all the channels.
