Has anybody bothered to check if vm are having issues in case its not your provider + your box has run a network test and all green,softcam need restarting?
No Known Issues mate - and restarted softcam few times all to no avail, mine deffo went prior to noon today as was trying to put the first of two Rugby matches on through box for HD picture, hope this helps
If it is a provider issue and they have said as much, then yous have to give it a bit of time for them to try and fix it, and hopefully it does not take too long.
