I'm using Tivimate on a Fire stick and the playback when streaming live stutters on HD channels. It seems fine in 720p channels. Is the issue with my hardware, software, or my supplier?
Don’t think it’s hardware could be your isp or iptv provider have you tried with a VPN?I'm using Tivimate on a Fire stick and the playback when streaming live stutters on HD channels. It seems fine in 720p channels. Is the issue with my hardware, software, or my supplier?
Their channels are working just FHD channels are choppy.Don’t think it’s hardware could be your isp or iptv provider have you tried with a VPN?
Not true if isp issue all channels don’t stop working if all channels don’t work then that means it’s iptv provider side.Their channels are working just FHD channels are choppy.
If it was their isp no channels would work and a vpn is just going to reduce their bandwidth.

And the OP said it’s the HD channels choppy.
I did read somewhere that some ISP's will throttle your connection if they detect streaming? So you are saying the isp is causing their FHD channels to be choppy but their leaving the 720p HD channels alone.
You do know that 720p are HD channels?
So I think the OP means the FHD channels are choppy.
That’s why I said FHD.
I suggested something simple to try as I have never had a similar issue like the OP’s.
I only use VPN if my service is completely blocked and not working and if that doesn’t work I contact my supplier.
I would say a hardware issue, Internet connection or supplier issue.
But I always start with the hardware first.
How do you know it’s not a hardware issue or issue with Wi-Fi?
If all channels are not working that doesn’t mean it’s your isp it might mean they need to ask iptv provider or need VPN to bypass the restriction. So you are saying the isp is causing their FHD channels to be choppy but their leaving the 720p HD channels alone.

If all your channels aren’t working it means your isp is blocking the service or the service is down at the suppliers end or you have no internet connection or hardware has failed. If all channels are not working that doesn’t mean it’s your isp it might mean they need to ask iptv provider or need VPN to bypass the restriction.
Yes I do know HD channels are 720p
OP means HD channels are stuttering/freezing
Well it has to be one of those things that you have mentioned above.
I had this issue before and it can be isp or iptv provider.
If all channels are not working then it could be the app they don’t support or changed url of service.
Yeah I have read that and that could be a reason for their higher resolution channels to be choppy because you need more bandwidth for higher resolutions.I did read somewhere that some ISP's will throttle your connection if they detect streaming?
Yes not isp but provider issues I can see the situation if perhaps fhd buffering dependng on device , but hd should be ok but then again you cannot go with what some iptv providers name streams , another point is what live streams I have had it before uk channels fine usa not .Not true if isp issue all channels don’t stop working if all channels don’t work then that means it’s iptv provider side.

I cleared the cache and it had no effect. My connection speed is 148Mbps with a VPN connection. The HD channels seem to ok when I play them on my phone with the Smarters app.@Teddy Bass Unplug router for a couple of minutes and also Firestick.
Also clear cache on Firestick.
What speed connection do you have and can you test your sub on another device?
I've tried all those tips. The playback still stutters.@Teddy Bass - see this for a guide - IPTV Troubleshooting Guide
Yes, the FHD channels are choppy. The UHD ones don't play at all.If all your channels aren’t working it means your isp is blocking the service or the service is down at the suppliers end of you have no internet connection or hardware has failed.
When all my channels aren’t working I turn on my VPN and usually it works and I definitely know then that my ISP has put a block in place.
The OP said their 720p channels are fine which are their HD channels.
So they must mean FHD channels or UHD channels in my opinion.
Hopefully the OP can clarify.
Have you tried another app on your Firestick and what gen is the Firestick?I cleared the cache and it had no effect. My connection speed is 148Mbps with a VPN connection. The HD channels seem to ok when I play them on my phone with the Smarters app.
