Hi there, struggling to get epg guide to automatically update on chrome cast any ideas? Thanks all.

Thanks for replying I’ve just my parents up with Iptv,thought easiest way was to go for chrome cast,all set up but loses channel guide every day and has to update manually. Also only got live tv and movies but no series? I set him up with same stream as me,and I get series but on mag boxes, don’t understand why he doesn’t get series.

The mag boxes are not great to be honest on the vod/series. Why not pickup a firestick lite for £30 and use that directly in the tv which saves messing about with the chrome cast
