Hi mate
Is it possible to get the new custom mix.xml file from you again - I updated last time like you advised but the channels haven't updated yet. I'm not using your latest build but the one before that - I thought what you asked me to do would fetch the latest xml file from your server - it has picked up the new star utsav channel so that's good. Is it supposed to update automatically or is that with your latest build only and is there a way of getting your previous build to fetch the latest xml file from your server?

Hi just a quick question i want to record something on discovery channel but i can only find discovery hd and i want to record in sd where do i find discovery sd please
 
Updated custom mix.xml file working fine however on sky movies action epg was showing that rocky 2 was showing but when I went on the channel it was a totally different movie could not figure out which movie it was and couldn't find rocky 2 on any of the channels either.

this is a bug on vm epg when this happens again have a look at the sd version for the correct info

Have a slight issue with channel 307 epg (Sky Action HD), listings are all wrong - is there anything I can do to fix this?

No it's a bug in vm epg even though the data is pulled direct from vm feeds it should correct itself in a couple of days have a look at the hd version for the correct listing
 
The SD has the correct listing, its the HD that is all wrong and has been for a few days now. Will keep an eye on it. Thanks.
 
I'll look into it but as far as I know there's nothing that can be done because epg is imported from vm feeds not like sat that needs external sources

ok found a solution menu, setup, system, epg click on load/save/delete choose delete this will wipe all epg so re download crossepg then place the box on vm preview channels for about 15 minuets it will take a while for all the vm epg to populate but it should update it all in the morning when epgrefresh runs
