No power off the box add the cables then follow the rest of the guide to ensure that you have the latest channel updates then add the line

If your using the same usb stick for your storage device make sure that you remove the zgemma folder before you start the box or it might reflash

Under 'virgin uk your network id' i can't manually input my network id which is 409061 and moving left/right does not bring it up, nearest is Leeds?, I need Shipley or Bradford.

Bradford is showing up as 40961 are you adding a extra 0 mate.
Try it mate mine come up as manchester in abm which is miles away but it works.
That's an issue with your tuner setup vm cable in tuner b top left and sky cable in tuner a bottom right

Anyone willing to reflash to see if you get the same error? I'll do it myself but it'll be later tonight
What's your setup? One sky lead coming from the dish to tuner a and are you using a splitter for the vm feed? You should have an rf adapter in the cable tuner b bottom right
