EPG Not Importing (Again!)

Thank you all for your replies and pics showing your own setup details. Having gone through them all my settings all match the pics.
So this is either a software issue or a rytec issue for me.
I have tried Grogbuild. This is where I noticed the issue. I tried to reflash Grogbuild and it failed. So I have now tried wooshbuild and the problem still remains.
I have changed skins, providers, re scanned channels....The lot.
The only software I have not tried is willobuild. I might have to give that a try if it is compatible with my box. I am using a Zgemma h9.2s. If it is compatible how do I flash it?
Again any help is always appreciated.

Mine went blank on auto few month ago so looked online n it said 45 so been using thts 1 w no issues
I did have a search after you posted details most were referring to backing up diseqc setting and a few reffered to problems recording most were dream boxes

Iv never messed with tht side mate always flat w latest unbugged atv.infinity on.usb setup.sqt setup.load iptv.n finish w importor ect n hav no issues

not sure how but deleted epg data file,uninstalled abm and epg importer,rebooted box reinstalled both rebooted box again and went through settings and scanned.
I scanned Freesat first got epg to Wednesday,then turned that off and turned sky on set region and scanned but epg only till sunday.
I'm still baffled by it.
Iv'e taken this info from a Vix epg refresh pdf.
EPG from the signal stream
Enigma2 can gather the EPG data directly from the signal stream for several providers.
OpenTV EPG used by some providers like Sky UK/IT has been added to OpenViX/OpenPLI in August 2019. (Thanks to LraiZer)
This means that just by zapping, watching, viewing or “turning to” a channel, the EPG data will be added to your Enigma2
receiver.
There is no need to use plugins, download from the internet, maintain a database of service references etc.
As the number of channels varies between providers, some providers limit amount of EPG on the normal frequencies.
They keep the vast amount of data on a specific frequency. If we zap/select/view any channel on that frequency, the EPG data will
be added/absorbed into the EPG cache on the system.
This needs to be done regularly to maintain the data.
UK Freeview (Aerial): You can use any channel
Virgin UK (Cable): “PVR_EPG” or any service on the frequency.
Sky UK (28.2): “IEPG data 1” or any other service on 11778, V, 27500
I do not use epg refresh I did try it to see if Freeview channels would populate with it but no joy still had to select a channel before it would populate.

Update...
On my H2S if you disable the Freesat part of ABM the EPG shows to next Wednesday. The only problem is you have a loads of bouquets for encrypted sky channels but the FTA all work.
I am now going to plug in my H9.2S and copy the configurations and see if I can replicate the results.

You should not need to disable freesat part in ABM I have sky, freesat and freeview setup if you do not want sky encrypted then in sky part change to FTA only but I thought you a sub with provider if you mean you can hide sections that you do not want.

how are you pulling in sky encrypted channels do you have sky selected in ABM if so untick it.
