Yes it was that one bought from screwfix

Had virgin back again as the internet seems to drop occasionally so he has replaced everything in the house and i have replaced the splitter changed cable around in different configurations and still getting freezing and pixalation which seem to happen when ever they feel like this morning watching box for 45 mins and absolutely perfect then a bit of pixalation and then it just froze on the channel changed channel and it came back

what channels are you getting it on? does BBC1 pixelate? or ITV or Channel 5? These are FTA.

No happens on them all vm been out again found a dodgy connector in the main box also found something else so just trying it out again
