I have downloaded mmc and emmc, I dont known what exact file I need to combine together. And when I dragged both mmc and emmc unzipped files into th usb and tried to flash the box, it didnt flash. Only steady green light showing. I have tried both front and back usb slots. The front will show flash and change to reboot.

Try this first before flashing
ENTRY THE RECOVERY GUI
Press the any key of your remote control for 6-10s and power on your box at the same time. Select boot menu→transmemory→recovery zip file press ok key.
If that does not bring up the recovery menu try the below.
Reformat your usb delete all the files but the EMMC
Then follow this

1. Open the recovery file emmc.zip with winrar
2. Copy the 5 files to the root of your stick. And to be sure copy the whole EMMC rar file to the usb also.
3. Pull the plug on your box Insert your usb stick to rear usb.
4. Press the rear panel reset button and power on your box at the same time. The front panel logo led will display white color 20-25s, then change to red colour 3s goto white colour. Now your box will auto flash and recovery menu to your box and display the options.

Same old story. It shows flash and cahnges to boot when I release the reset button
Kind of suspect its the usb stick the box is not seeing.
The recovery menu may already be there pull power press any key on your remote and then power on keeping the key pressed for up to 10 seconds. If you dont see the menu do the steps below.
Rather than send the five files to your USB send the full EMMC file as it is in it rar to your usb and try again.

Sorry if i sound vague the last Zgemma i had was the 9SE had it 2 days and sent it back so i carnt actually replicate what im telling you.

You've had this box less than two years and every time you flash it, which seems to be every two months, it takes ten days to get it working.
1. Why can't you leave the same image on?
2. You must have realised by now that it's a duffer and it needs to go in a skip.
Seriously, throw it away and get a proper device

Turn box off,white button pressed out.
Now point your remote at the box holding down the red power button.
Now press the white button on so the box starts but keep remote pressed.
Release red power button when you see rcy on front display.
This will now load recovery menu.
When recovery menu appears,scroll down to bootmenu.ok
scroll to flash online image,ok
Choose which image you want,ok
let it download and it will ask what partition you want to use.
Then it will flash,
If using openatv 6.4
Fully flash then set password.
Now point your remote at the box holding down the red power button.
Now press the white button on so the box starts but keep remote pressed.
Release red power button when you see rcy on front display.
This will now load recovery menu.
When recovery menu appears,scroll down to bootmenu.ok
scroll to flash online image,ok
Choose which image you want,ok
let it download and it will ask what partition you want to use.

H9 twin is a cracking box it's the user not the box is the issue.

Follow my instructions on previous post.
I've just done this and takes no longer than 10 mins to flash.
I would flash 6.4 from the list but that's my opinion.
Then you can add other builds to the other partitions to try.👍
Its flashed already and came back to the previous screen. Thats why I asked the question.
