Foolsproof guide to setting up a vpn on ZGemma?

Everyone talking about setting up a VPN to bypass the block - but I have no idea how and Google doesn't seem to be much of a help either?

Any guide anywhere?

If you don't have a vpn yet use ip vanish and the guide is made for you ;)
