Here's the best advice I can give you........ firstly go to your local Ford dealership with your vehicle's paperwork.. including VIN number and see if they can help you... on another Australian forum a member said they done it for free... seeing it's an old radio...
Your other 100% option is to find a local radio decoder in your local area... often as part of radio&tv repair shop or an auto-electrican can help.... who will read the code from the eeprom chip on the radio's pcb circuit.
The site you mention will not be able to provide the code for your philips dc600 radio through serial number... I have decoded radios by eeprom for living and radiocodeman is an expert in what is available through serial number... so my advice is to trust our advice... :)
