Sorry to revive the thread but had one of these for a couple years now no hiccups but currently it’s completely stuck in a boot loop. Like it will turn on and you will see the Google circle then it will reboot and same again. Anyone experienced this or have any idea how to reset it?

Try unplugging totally disconnecting from TV leave off for 10 minutes then plug back in

Yeah done all the usual including that. So annoying as was good stick but may be time to get a new one. Xiaomi tv box s 3rd gen is calling

It's probably the usb power supply or USB lead, change both and try again

Did you also try a different HDMI lead and port?

The lead itself is attached to the device but yes tried on various TVs/ports. More looking to see if anyone knows how to reset it with a pin?

I think what Pablo is saying try different lead
The device is not getting enough power

Power it off.
Press the reset button and keep it presses in while you power it on

reset hole for GD1... needed if you want to unpair the remote/or reset it.

Ye I have tried it with a psu as well. I’ve had it for years and it worked with a certain lead so I don’t think that is the issue.

You can press it in while it's powered up.
Keep it pressed until you see the android logo.

Ye but the device never fully powers on, just reboots constantly.

OK switch off at socket
Make sure pin is pushing in reset
If you can't reach get somebody to turn on at socket
Keep holding in reset until it resets. It should say erasing or something like that

Should I be able to feel a button click in the reset. Because it doesn’t feel like that.

Factory reset it I've recovered a couple the same.
