I'm using h2s while watching sky one hd sd or fhd it goes off after 15 mins contacted supplier he says every thing his end is ok all other channels work spot on has any body got any ideas what the problem could be thanks

Is it only Sky 1 that it happens on? All other channels ok?

Do you have another device that you can test it on, even a laptop and put the M3U file onto VLC player just to see how it goes. Failing that, I would be trying another supplier.

if every other channel is working 100% no problems, it most likely is a problem his side and just doesn't want to say lol...

100% supplier issue if all other channels are ok.

As dt99 said I would try the channel on another device to see if the same issue occurs. GSE or perfect player on a phone/tablet is easy and works well and you would be able to test it on a 4g/different internet connection. Same thing occurs and it will be provider.
