HD51 4K Hd51 vod codecs

Hi all using vix but some vod from my supplier plays sound but not video. Assuming a codec issue is thier a way to add new codec or does using ATV have access to more codec? Cheers

Usually it's down to format of the files and changing all formats to suit every box would be never ending.
Mags are notorious for having codec issues it's a long haul from personal, experience

Installing serviceapp will give you the option to play with exteplayer3 or gstplayer. One will usually work.
