Hello all , could someone explain how to stop zgemma h2s describing whats happening on certain channels

Hey all I've noticed on a couple of my channels, that when I'm watching something it describes what's happening during the programme as if it's for a blind person no offense intended, has anyone the same issues ,and could anyone tell me if there a fix to stop this happening, Thank you , it's only certain channels does it

I thought it might have an audio setting for the impaired.
Try menu-setup-audio and video-settings-automatic language
Scroll down and check subtitles for hearing impaired are set to no.

Bud I'm only new to the box I bought it of a supplier about 3 weeks ago , sorry

On laptop browser type your network box ip into top section,like 192.168.1.75
This will open up a webif page mirror image of box as you could take a screenshot of box info and attach files and upload
when box boots up what are the first things shown

Open atv , what version, Its just that you might be on an old version of open atv, as there were some problems with audio on those.
