how do I upload to site

I was wondering how I upload stuff to the forum as Im sure I have heaps to offer ie software, eg I have all the games instructions and apps for the samsung wave phone

You don't have enough of a post count to upload to site

Uploads are not allowed from new members until they are established and trusted on the site, this is for yours and other members security

As anto said get yourself established and you can then share with us. I see you have managed to upload some photos in the pet central section! Take a good look around the forums as there is so much to see plus you might also find that info you want to share may already be on here, so it will save you doing it
