What I was saying bazz in the post above is that suppliers who use IMPLAYER for there customers probably have it hardcoded on previous version. Which is working perfectly fine.

older versions of iMPlayer are locked out, old versions only stay active for a limited period after release of the update. Provider coded version is not hard coded as such, but the provider has control via their panel and hide/deactivate from end user the appropriate fields.

Its affected loads and loads of people. Stops different apps playing or cannot install certain apk files that were working fine before update.

Since latest update my implayer stops playing. I have to manually channel change. Is this an issue or a setting issue? It used to automatically restart stream if I stayed on the channel

my mate had this problem, he uninstalled and re-installed then it was ok. maybe worth a try?

Mate I have done that updated it just won't work. It's a common problem. But the dev says its not happening.

hmm I read that too. He tried clearing the caches, that didn't work, then unistalled it and re-installed and was ok then. Did you try the beta version too?

I had to do fresh install. EPG is fine for me

I have installed the new 2.6 version its out of beta mode. Not sure what's causing it. It reads most of it so can't be the format.

I know mate but that has been fixed. Just done a fresh install. Most of it there but quite a few channels the epg doesn't kick in till midnight.

iMPLayer 2.6 is currently only available in planned rollout mode, the download apk is still 2.5 version and will only be updated to 2.6 at end of roll out

Yes I know mate. But the dev tells you to use 2.6 beta if you have the issues I had.

You go into settings/info and anybody can download it. According to support group 2.6 has officially been launched today.
