Indian channels

HI Guys

I currently have an ultimo 4k and my sky provider has been excellent the past few months. I only used this for my mum because she watches the indian channels SD which were working fine until yesterday. I tried to go on them but it was a blank screen so i thought the frequency has changed so i did a rescan and then went back to the channel and then again was blank. I can not tell if its an encrption problem or frequency issue.
Can anyone please check if Star Utsav works for you?
Some of the other channels work ok but this one in particular one does not.

Yes rechecked your channel info and it had moved but your on the correct settings

Yh its the plus one. My mum has a few things that she loves watching on there and i am trying to record the repeat episdoes but the channel is not clearing.

Anytime i need to check channel info i check on Kingofsat and in red i see latest movement and is an encrypted channel

Is that from a sky package or a line package and was it in the clear before and now encrypted?

It is a line package that was clearing perfectly 2 days to so ago. Sorry when you mean sky package (you are not assuming official sky card are you)

Was that channel free ?
As of now its on Videoguard which is an encrypted channel.

If any users have a sky package or a Line to open they would have to say as i have neither.
Yes Sky package with a card from Sky.
As you can see it only moved yesterday so depends if Line provider has lost another channel gone to the dark side

It is an encrypted channel on the asian network.
