Iphone 4 on ios 7.0.4 need to downgrade please

can you guys help me to downgrade my iphone 4 on ios.7.0.4 to downgrade to a ios on 6?

The most simplest and safest method if possible please

as far as i know u can no longer downgrade at all, apple blocked all the old ways off faking dns ect
