Which is best phone to buy Apple Iphone 4 or Apple Iphone 5? please help me i want to give to my sister for her birthday.

Probably best not disappointing her. Better off with a Galaxy S3. I have one, it's a solid phone.

How old is your sister - if she is young then a 4s should do. Personally I would like the newest phone on the market as a present but honestly speaking I didn't find much difference between a 5 and 4s.

I knew the S4 would be coming out in March/April but I couldn't wait since I was stuck with a BlackBerry for 2 years so opted for the S3. Can't say I'm dissapointed. :)

A little biased for sure but my opinion, anything that is as locked down and as overpriced as apple needs some features that are simply way ahead of the competition and quite simply they arent. Iphones are very easy to use and more of a fashion statement than any other phone, if its features and value for money your after then a decent spec Android phone will win every time
