IPTV Bouquets disappeared

Hi guys,

I have a zgemma h2s with a iptv sub on it which until now has worked great. I had been running it with Sky as my isp but have moved to a new house with BT. The bouquets had disappeared so I did the set process again. Box goes through the motions of downloading bouquets but is very quick, it says that they have been refreshed. On checking the channels are still not there. I've turned off smart setup, so at a loss as to what to do. Just wondered if anyone else has had a similar experience?

remove provider name mate and best to check if its all active still

It will more than likely be IP locked due to a new IP address being in use.
Contact your IPTV provider and ask for it be be unlocked. If it isn't locked they will be quick to tell you.
