Iptv java/cloudiptv error msg help needed

Hi, could someone please advise me on this error I keep getting.
I'm using iptv Extreme and keep getting a java error cloudiptv msg pop up as pictured.
Any help?

Ye pretty much since I got it. I have another line and same box yet that doesn' get an issue.

So you have two different lines on the same box with two different providers?

2 boxes, 2 lines both with same provider

What are the boxes. Have you tried perfect player app/smart iptv app/stb emu

I have tried perfect player, I stopped using it because I wasn' getting audio on dome channels but did get it on iptv extreme. I' running an android box, it' a t96n if I remember right. Just strange how the other box works ok and this one doesnt

Says no connection to host so I would say provider issue.xtream tv is not great though, I tried this but had too many problems.Ask your provider if he can give you a username and password and this will give you far more options than a sub using mac address.

Thanks for the reply, sounds interesting. I'e ordered a zgemma box in hope it' performance is better. What app would you recommend using and what sort of area would you inset a user name and password under?
