Trying to watch the Confederation Cup but the channel keeps on freezing. Internet, CCcam, LNB cable etc all fine. Hotbird HD channels I have work perfect aswell. Any ideas what the problem is?? Thanks

Have rescanned TP and sat. Signal Strength and Quality are at 90 and 85%. It worked for 30 seconds freezes then this repeats.

I have tried free CCcam test lines alongside current line. Still the same. But will try free test line alone

I'm on Virgin Fibre 100Mb/s. Hardly an internet issue I'm 100% sure of that

Don't be so sure, just because you got 100 mb/s fibre doesn't mean you aint got a router issue, as the tekker says above reboot your router in full from the socket.

Have tried rebooting router, no luck problem still persisting and to answer the 'tree' question, the tree outside my house was cut around 4 years ago.

Someone on here only had problems with 1 channel a while ago - turned out his patio door was open and blocking signal for just that 1 channel... I asked about any trees etc. in the general direction of the dish which could be giving you your problem but you didn't say.

Unless the tree was cut down completely, it's possible that a branch or leaf could be getting in the way still.

Have just tested itv 4 hd, no freezing must be a line sub issue with your provider.

Do try another line though as usually if it was blocking the signal, you wouldn't get a picture at all really and if it was a signal issue - that usually gives you pixellation so because it's freezing, this would suggest line. Free c lines from the internet are crap - I tried one last week and it was freezing its tits off.

Just checked the game on TVP1 HD (Poland), and RSI LA2 HD, SRF Zwei HD and RTS Deux HD (All Swiss). All channels working perfectly with no lagging AT ALL.

Okay will try a new line. Thanks for the advice it does seem to be a line issue then. Will PM my provider aswell. Thanks

Hopefully it's that simple. Make sure the new line is from a different server and not a reseller of the same server you use currently. Let us all know how you get on.

Nothing to do with the speed, it's the stability. If it keeps dropping out, then it can be 100000000000GB/s and you'd still have issues.
